libenchant-dev software package provides Wrapper library for various spell checker engines (development), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libenchant-dev
libenchant-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libenchant-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libenchant-dev *
You will get with libenchant-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
